This Privacy Policy explains how Runway Rush ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. Runway Rush is developed by FourStarsOutOfFive (contact: gareth.m.nesbitt@gmail.com). By using Runway Rush, you agree to the practices described below.
Runway Rush does not ask you to create an account and we do not knowingly collect your name, email, or contact details. The app is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, our advertising partner may collect certain device and usage information as described below. You can remove all ads with a one-time in-app purchase.
Runway Rush uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google, acting as our advertising partner, may collect and process the following:
We do not receive or store this information ourselves in an identifiable form. It is handled by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
On first launch, Runway Rush asks for your permission to track using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, ads are still shown but are non-personalised. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
Runway Rush offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. If you previously purchased the paid version of Runway Rush, your ad-free access is restored automatically.
Runway Rush has an App Store age rating of 4+, meaning it contains no objectionable content and is suitable for players of all ages. Even so, the app is intended for a general audience and is not designed for, or primarily directed to, children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). The app requires no account and asks for no personal details. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob; if you decline the tracking request, the ads you see are non-personalised. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold identifiable data about you ourselves, most such requests should be directed to Google using the links above. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings, decline tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or remove ads entirely via the in-app purchase.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
